As the Heads of State and Government of the EU and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) meet this week in Brussels for a two-day summit, the Justice and Peace Commissions of the two regions issue a joint statement urging European and LAC policy-makers to work towards a renewed partnership that brings concrete benefits to all people and communities.
